Code Issues Pull Requests Releases Wiki Activity

Add an argument to `wp_page_menu()`, `'menu_tag'`, which defaults to `div` but can be overridden to allow HTML5 tags like `nav`. 

Props paulwilde, stebbiv, wonderboymusic.
Fixes #10968.
