Date/Time: Update XML-RPC tests for invalid date input to account for a more consistent `mysql2date()` error handling in [45908].
The tests were meant to check for the lack of a fatal error in case of invalid date input, not specifically mark a particular outcome as the correct one. Props Rarst. Fixes #28992. git-svn-id: https://develop.svn.wordpress.org/trunk@45911 602fd350-edb4-49c9-b593-d223f7449a82
