Code Issues Pull Requests Releases Wiki Activity

Backup filter globals ( `$merged_filters, $wp_actions, $wp_current_filter, $wp_filter` ) statically when running unit tests, restore on `tearDown()`. This ensures that all tests initially use the same filters/actions.
