The 'get_sample_permalink_html'
filter's second parameter can be a post ID or a post object. This is confusing. We should pass the post ID and post object separately, for consistency with 'get_sample_permalink'
filter added in [34309].
Props SergeyBiryukov. Fixes #33927. git-svn-id: https://develop.svn.wordpress.org/trunk@34347 602fd350-edb4-49c9-b593-d223f7449a82
