Plugins and Themes Auto-Updates:

Browse Source 
- Fix displaying of errors on the Themes screen.
- Correct the classes used for the error messages, and use `notice-alt` as notices are mostly shown on a white background.

Props afercia, azaozz.
Fixes #50405.
