Subject: [PATCH] Docs: Add a note to the `register_taxonomy()` DocBlock that
 the object types defined in `$object_type` when modifying an
 already-registered taxonomy will be overwritten.

Props danielbachhuber and BjornW for the initial patches.
Fixes #34413.
