Code Issues Pull Requests Releases Wiki Activity

Add a `'menu_id'` argument to `wp_page_menu()` so that fallback menus have the same attributes as `wp_nav_menu()`. 

Props lancewillett, ocean90, wonderboymusic.
Fixes #31656.
