3c6b689f0e When using the traditional list view of the categories, 
make sure the wp_list_categories() doesn't add in another title. This
was causing a second Categories to show up on the category widget.  Props Jospeh Scott

7a6aba312d WordPress.com -> .org and change widgetize link to Automattic's site for now. We still need to make a Codex page, just to make it more "WordPressy."
