a0a77f0380 Default to leading and trailing wildcards for site user searches. Require explicit trailing wildcard asterisk request for network user searches. 15efc0fa0a Clarify the _doing_it_wrong message for conditioanl tags. init prevents the fatal error, but the query still isn't run. Just drop the mention of a hook and we end up with better reasoning why this doesn't work to boot. see #14729.

* Ensure there isn't a text shadow for update and comment counts.
 * Hide zero count of pending comments via PHP, not CSS.
 * Show the update title attribute across the entire menu item, props demetris.
 * Let the CSS breathe a little.
