c85c7ec8df Style and positioning fixes to form elements in the Publish box: 
- Make select element text #555 to match others
- Make Cancel links vertically align with buttons
- Make sure the spacing between buttons and cancel links is always consistent
- Override active button styles for responsive states so button size doesn't change when active
- Reduce font size of date select element to match date text inputs

352ff49768 Reverse the order of roles in wp_dropdown_roles(). Reset to 'subscriber' when the default role is removed and when a save is invalid.

d10b9d32a0 Remove unnecessary checks before setting $wp_settings_* arrays. Adds unit test for setting a nonexistent variable to a multi-dimensional array.

b43712e0f7 New develop.svn.wordpress.org repository based on the old core.svn repository. 
* All WordPress files move to a src/ directory.
 * New task runner (Grunt), configured to copy a built WordPress to build/.
 * svn:ignore and .gitignore for Gruntfile.js, wp-config.php, and node.js.
 * Remove Akismet external from develop.svn. Still exists in core.svn.
 * Drop minified files from src/. The build process will now generate these.
