de9e77a9c6 Prevent a notice if $_REQUEST['post_id'] is missing. Just use 0 in this case, which will be the same as using intval on an undefined value.

2a90aeb2a6 stripslashes() the site name before passing to populate_network(), not in it. We should always expect unslashed data. reverts [14754]. fixes #13448
