087ad68a23 Move the sekrit full screen editor width shortcut keys below the common bold/italic/etc keys on the editor keyboard shortcuts help tab. No strings were harmed in the making of this commit.

3a20d6aa17 Replace .attr() with .prop() as per jQuery 1.6.1. Also fixes couple places where the JS wasn't working because attr('some', '') does not remove the HTML property now, see #17311
