de88d303fa Prevent Terms from being created in multiple taxonomies. If a slug is provided by the user, error out if it exists, else make the auto slug unique. See #11838

61dcf802c7 Change back to an option so that it is always there and regenerate it after cleaning the cache instead of waiting for the next page load. Don't clean taxonomy wide caches when just updating object counts to avoid cleaning when updating a post.
