c71fea0654 Use get_template_directory() for include paths in Twenty Eleven, rather than FILE magic constant. Won't go stale when twentyeleven_setup() is overridden. props TomAuger, fixes #18985.

9c824b6687 Don't pass $post_type as get_page()'s $filter argument. Copy-and-paste error. Removal improves get_page_by_path() performance dramatically by stopping sanitize_post() being called. Fixes #19175.
