Andrew Nacin 1bc62a722a In miscellaneous publishing actions, use :last-child instead of a separate misc-pub-section-last class to control borders. Allows for sane use of the post_submitbox_misc_actions hook. (Actually uses :first-child for browser compat reasons.) fixes #19604.

Ryan Boren aca2b86eaf Add 'who' arg to wp_dropdown_users() and get_users(). Add' hide_if_only_one_author' argument to get_users(). Mark Jaquith 32ac7d22a6 get_post_format_string() to get nice version of a post format slug. Try appending post format as a post-status label. Enclose in square brackets to help it stand out. Remove post format strings filter. If this is going to be standard, it should be standard. see #14746
