f3e3c03abe array_unique() category__in and category__not_in to eliminate dupes from multiple runs of parse_tax_query(). Fixes canonical redirects for cat, category__in, and category__not_in requests. see #12891 #15487

75453e5e2d If the queried term does not exist make sure no posts are returned in the query rather than falling through to querying all posts. Fixes 404s when querying cats that do not exist. see #12891
