b8faed46d6 Changed (wp_)list_cats. children argument now determines if categories below top level are displayed, and hierarchical determines if the list is displayed hierarchically.

a807cd1fad More rewrite rule refactoring. Move the permalink parser into generate_rewrite_rules() and make it handle categories and authors.
