Andrew Nacin f3b332e9bb Use meta caps edit_post, read_post, and delete_post directly, rather than consulting the post type object. map_meta_cap() handles that for us. props markjaquith, kovshenin. fixes #23226.

Mark Jaquith 1b4aa41b4c Gracefully slide down the "{Name} is editing" notice portion of the post row, so everything isn't shifting down in an instant and throwing off people's clicks.

Helen Hou-Sandi fa6afd2a63 Lose the added column for post formats in the posts list table and add an icon before the title instead. Icons are clickable to filter the list table down to posts of that post type and format. props melchoyce for the icons. fixes #16047.

Andrew Nacin 1c58ef9f33 Updates and fixes to the new button styles. By default, buttons are now the same size as they were in 3.4. Then there is a smaller button (designed for minor elements) and a larger button (designed for things like Publish and Save Changes). Better focus styles. props lessbloat. see #21598.

Daryl Koopersmith 7d6e53317c New button styles. 
Using the new buttons:

* Button classes are now stackable.
* All buttons should use a base class of "button".
* Buttons default to the gray style (formerly "button-secondary"). Buttons can add a style by adding additional classes. To make a primary button, add the "button-primary" class.
* Buttons can be rendered in various sizes. In addition to the default size, you can add "button-large", "button-small", or "button-tiny".

For backwards compatibility reasons, "button-primary" and "button-secondary" both work as standalone classes.

get_submit_button() has been adjusted to handle shorthand button classes (i.e. button classes can be passed without the "button-" prefix).

Andrew Nacin bcf58b34c4 Allow easy registration of taxonomy columns on post (and custom post type) list table screens. 
To register a column for a list table, use the new manage_taxonomies_for_{$post_type}_columns
filter. Introduces show_admin_column => true for register_taxonomy(), which automatically
displays that column on all associated post types.

Andrew Ozz 6e6b727315 Remove nearly all tabindex attributes from the admin, leaving them only where absolutely necessary (for now that's only the toolbar). 
Add tabindex="-1" for the menu images links to avoid double tab stops there when the menu is expanded.

Fix/add auto-focus on the first input fields on the Add/Edit Post, all taxonomy, all edit taxonomy, Log In and Edit Comment screens.

See #21340.

Jon Cave 83a3cc73df Accept a post object in clean_post_cache(). Fixes #20486. 
The post_type can then be accessed to properly clean the taxonomy relationships cache.
The full object is useful in situations when an ID might reference a post that has been
removed from the database (e.g. wp_delete_post()).
