d314192cfb Theme Customizer: Remove !important declarations from hide-if-customize and hide-if-no-customize classes. Use a default no-customize-support class on the body so we can use an element's original display property when visible. fixes #20565, see #19910.

b22764aa86 Theme Customizer: If the customize loader is enqueued, then add the 'customize-support' class early. This prevents a flash of unstyled content. see #19910.

6073a8dce1 Call set_current_screen() again in admin-header.php in case a plugin includes admin-header.php before admin.php completes. Rare and silly, but seen in the wild. props ryan, see #18785.

7c181a42bf Set $parent_file for post-new.php when show_in_menu is a file. Provides for correct top-level highlighting. $submenu_file remains set to expect a post-new.php menu. see #19125.
