Andrew Nacin ea2f90c70e Move some post and taxonomy functions from admin/includes to wp-includes in preparation for QuickPress template tag. Moves get_tags_to_edit, get_terms_to_edit, get_default_post_to_edit, media_buttons, _media_button, get_upload_iframe_src. Andrew Nacin 323342deec Move post type object capabilities to a 'cap' object. Allow them to be initialized via the 'capabilities' key (an array) when registering support for the post type. Caps are now referred to by the name of the cap as if it was a post, i.e. ->cap->edit_post. see #13358.
