1c7a48c64a Limit number of posts displayed on the edit posts page to 15 unless searching by month. In that case, show all posts for that month. Regression from 1.2. Reported by shelleyp.

9b3a06f406 Quicktags update to position them more with how the items are usually positioned. Still need tooltips with the access key for each button.
