608cd6de80 Comment moderation shortcuts: 
- Fix "toggle checkboxes" (shift+x).
- Add noDisable selector and use it to stop disabling the shortcuts when a select-comment checkbox is focused.
See #26755.

ba4643f76e Comments moderation screen: 
- Don't resize the textarea when replying to long comments.
- Limit the resizing of the textarea when quick-editing long comments to 500px.

6e5e69cb85 Trim leading whitespace from AJAX responses. 
This fixes the warning "$(html) HTML strings must start with '<' character" by jQuery Migrate when adding nav menu items, post custom fields or comment replies.

fixes #23681.

b43712e0f7 New develop.svn.wordpress.org repository based on the old core.svn repository. 
* All WordPress files move to a src/ directory.
 * New task runner (Grunt), configured to copy a built WordPress to build/.
 * svn:ignore and .gitignore for Gruntfile.js, wp-config.php, and node.js.
 * Remove Akismet external from develop.svn. Still exists in core.svn.
 * Drop minified files from src/. The build process will now generate these.
