438f4085f1 Post format UI refresh. 
* Post format switcher does not go away after clicking
* Refresh of format switcher style
* Highlighting of active post format
* Prompt text goes under the switcher
* Better animations

793f27f07e New Post Format UI chooser treatment in response to testing. 
* Bigger icons
* Format description under each
* UI hides after choice
* Saving without choosing implies "Standard"
* Helpful text, with "Change format" link

bd32ccb3ca Since post format meta for images now takes an attachment ID only, make sure we label it appropriately and don't do things like esc_url() the value. fixes #23900.
