ea2f90c70e Move some post and taxonomy functions from admin/includes to wp-includes in preparation for QuickPress template tag. Moves get_tags_to_edit, get_terms_to_edit, get_default_post_to_edit, media_buttons, _media_button, get_upload_iframe_src. 323342deec Move post type object capabilities to a 'cap' object. Allow them to be initialized via the 'capabilities' key (an array) when registering support for the post type. Caps are now referred to by the name of the cap as if it was a post, i.e. ->cap->edit_post. see #13358.

2d54780d5e Create post_status=auto-draft when creating a new post item. status changes to draft on first auto-save. now we always have a real post ID to work with. see #11889. fixes #11145. fixes #11990
