79706ee8a8 Don't call the size function count() as part of a test condition in loops. Compute the size beforehand, and not on each iteration. 
Scrutinizer added a Performance label: these are the only violations.

14ddc6c9c0 If IMAGE_EDIT_OVERWRITE is defined as true, ensure that multiple edits to the same image does not result in the file being deleted (updating the meta fails because the old and new paths are identical).

543bc6404a The Image Editor should apply changes to custom image sizes by checking $_wp_additional_image_sizes for $size in wp_save_image() before arbitrarily going to the options table.

b43712e0f7 New develop.svn.wordpress.org repository based on the old core.svn repository. 
* All WordPress files move to a src/ directory.
 * New task runner (Grunt), configured to copy a built WordPress to build/.
 * svn:ignore and .gitignore for Gruntfile.js, wp-config.php, and node.js.
 * Remove Akismet external from develop.svn. Still exists in core.svn.
 * Drop minified files from src/. The build process will now generate these.
