c1a68e5c0f Make the args for the category drop down query the same as the category table query so that the cache is used. Eliminates a query. see #7147

761c8cef28 Image popup improvements from azaozz. Added translation strings, RTL support, several layout improvements, image border, hspace and vspace can be used as shortcuts to add css styles, the preview is visible on both tabs, etc. see #6811
