ee1eac63d7 Change prints to echoes. Add check all button to avoid carpal clicking syndrome. Cleaned up some English. Fixes #5437. Hat tip: hailin. Changes from diff: moved JS inside of function so it didn't show up on every import page; moved button above form instead of next to submit button.

b8c0375cda Switch error messages to have a footer instead of use wp_die, so they don't look busted. Use absint where appropiate. Formatting cleanup. Clearer styling and messaging on buttons.
