Boone Gorges 2fb8562a97 Introduce setExpectedDeprecated() and setExpectedIncorrectUsage() methods to `WP_UnitTestCase. ... These methods provide a procedural alternative to the `@expectedDeprecated` and `@expectedIncorrectUsage` test annotations, and parallel PHPUnit's native `setExpectedException()`.
