revise unpremultiply, again
We were not detecting division by zero carefully enough, nor clipping the alpha range sufficiently in unpremultiply. see https://github.com/libvips/libvips/issues/1941 also see https://github.com/libvips/libvips/pull/1675 for another difficult test case
