325f3b9451 dzsave will write a zip file 
but see the TODO in dzsave.c

- no way to pick a tile format, always jpeg
- no way to pick a container format, always zip
- needs testing
- examine memuse, how well do we work for large zips
- can we make a zip over 4gb?

5f0f188659 drop the default max operations 
the cache defaulted to 10,000 operations, fine for nip2, not fine for
batch-style applications
