added vips::init() and vips::shutdown()
...
OS X mav was having trouble linking im_init_world() via the C++ API, so
we now have C++ functions for startup and shutdown.

remove disp stuff, just sRGB now

all the old monitor calibration stuff is gone, we only support sRGB now
im_Lab2disp() etc. have become vips_Lab2sRGB() etc.
compatibility macros keep old code compiling
