Build files for vips.dll with the MS toolchain

proj/

	Build system based on hand-written makefiles for MSVC 6, copy into
	vips libsrc area and tweak files before building. No support, sorry.

tmake/

	Build system based on trolltech's tmake. 

msvc/

	A set of project files for visual studio. You'll need to copy them
	into the source area and edit them a bit. Version 6 only.
