ac5632fc50 nshlib: Move BOARDIOC_FINALINIT into nsh_initscript 
1.Avoid the code duplication
2.Call BOARDIOC_FINALINIT onnce and only once
3.Ensure BOARDIOC_FINALINIT get called in all case

857158451b Unify the void cast usage 
1.Remove void cast for function because many place ignore the returned value witout cast
2.Replace void cast for variable with UNUSED macro
