Brennan Ashton	3638f1c3fa	lvgldemo: Add support for lcddev ... This provides an adaptor for using lvgl with the lcddev in addition to the fbdev. As part of this it also fixes a compilation error when fbdev was used with CONFIG_FB_UPDATE.
