This commit fixes the overflow that happens when setting the duty cycle to 100% in the PWM example.
It now correctly passes the value 0xffff rather than 0x0000 when setting the duty cycle to 100 and makes sure that no underflow happens when setting the duty cycle to 0.
PWM drivers support channel numbers 0 (skip the channel) and -1 (skip this
channel and all following channels). This commit enables usage of this
numbers in PWM example application.

1e2f06718103e7028809012a69b7ac932e9ae537 added code to skip all
remaining channels when the channel number is -1. This adds support for
testing that using the example app. The BL602 driver's first channel is
channel 0, so this also allows the example app to select the first
channel.
commit d8199fe460 changed Kconfig, but it
looks like pwm_main.c should have been changed too. This adds support
for the 5th and 6th channels to the code, and adds an error if more than
6 channels are configured.
Gregory Nutt is the copyright holder for those files and he has submitted the
SGA as a result we can migrate the licenses to Apache.

- Fix bug for multiple PWM outputs (CONFIG_PWM_MULTICHAN). Wrong define
was in use and only the information about the first channel was shown.
- Fix formatting (a few line breaks and spaces missing).
For now, I left the following instances because it isn't
clear to me why they are using the different values.
Maybe they need one-by-one inspection.
