- Network initialization codes are not needed
with NSH_NETINIT config.
- Suppport commandline argument to set the URL to get.
- Change stack size to independent
1.Remove void cast for function because many place ignore the returned value witout cast
2.Replace void cast for variable with UNUSED macro
