apps/netutils/dhcpc/Kconfig: Auto-select CONFIG_NET_UDP_BINDTODEVICE
...
DHCPC depends on CONFIG_NET_UDP_BINDTODEVICE in many cases. Safest thing is to just auto-select it whenever DHCPC is selected.
