Masayuki Ishikawa faaec6513c testing: getprime: Introduce configurable thread priority
Summary:
- This commit introduces configurable thread priority
- Also, thread policy is set based on RR_INTERVAL

Impact:
- getprime only

Testing:
- Tested with spresense:wifi_smp
