Masayuki Ishikawa 6fb173e3d5 netutils: webserver: Fix directory handling
Summary:
- I noticed that the webserver can not handle a directory.
- This commit fixes this issue.

Impact:
- None

Testing:
- Tested with spresense:wifi_smp
