It might or might not be a transient failure. In my environment, gs2200m often returns the following for AT+WA. It usually works after a few retries. Makefile	Makefiles: This reverts part of commit cf0365ea9. It restores 'conditional' inclusion of TOPDIR/Make.defs. Otherwise all make targets fail if the board has not been configured.
