Gregory Nutt is has submitted the SGA

Uros Platise has submitted the ICLA

Ken Pettit has submitted the ICLA

Sebastien Lorquet has submitted the ICLA

Pierre-Noel Bouteville has submitted the ICLA

as a result we can migrate the licenses to Apache.
