Otherwise all make targets fail if the board has not been configured. That is okay most of the time, but not for things like clean and distclean which should not depend on being configured.

webclient.c

strcasecmp, strncasecmp, bzero, bcmp, and bcopy should be defined in strings.h, not string.h. bzero, bcmp, and bcopy are legacy functions; the contemporary counterparts should be used instead.
