Gregory Nutt 3abdf30e8c examples/thttpd/content/tasks/tasks.c: Update OS internal name ...

This logic uses the OS internal nxsched_foreach() function.  This is a violation of the POSIX OS interface.  But for now, we just update the name.

Application.mk and main.c files: Change builtin's entry point from main to xxx_main by macro expansion. This change make the entry point fully compliant with POSIX/ANSI standard.
