curses.h	graphics/pdcurs34: This commit adds a configuration option to pdcurses to enable line-drawing character (ALTCHARSET) when using the short 16-bit chtype. This is done by limiting the characters to 7-bit ASCII values and using the 8-th bit as the A_ALTCHARSET bit.
