Masayuki Ishikawa 97440889ac testing: ostest: Add ASSERT in case of errors
Summary:
- This commit adds ASSERT in case of errors to stop the
  execution of ostest
- Also, add some 'ERROR' messages

Impact:
- None

Testing:
- Run ostest with several configs
