Alin Jerpelea ec339bc49a Makefiles: Gregory Nutt: update licenses to Apache

Gregory Nutt is the copyright holder for those files and he has submitted the
SGA as a result we can migrate the licenses to Apache.

Testing / `smart_test` SMART File System

Performs a file-based test on a SMART (or any) filesystem. Validates seek, append and seek-with-write operations.
