tools: Fix nuttx-gdbinit

Summary:
- I noticed that nuttx-gdbinit does not work.
- Finally, I found that the g_pidhash had been changed recently.
- This commit fixes this issue.

Impact:
- None

Testing:
- Tested with lm3s6965-ek:discover (QEMU)
