boards/pic32mz-starterkit: Fix building with Sourcery toolchain
Fixing an issue that occurred When building with the Sourcery CodeBench Lite MIPS Toolchain for Linux (CONFIG_MIPS32_TOOLCHAIN_SOURCERY_CODEBENCH_LITE).
