The alternate console device CONFIG_NSH_CONDEV must not be defined unconditionally. This causes errors when using Telnet sessions. This was solved by adding CONFIG_NSH_ALTCONDEV: CONFIG_NSH_ALTCONDEV enables or disables the feature then, if enabled, CONFIG_NSH_CONDEV provides the alternative console device name

SAMA5: On some hardware, reconfiguring the PLL while executing out of NOR FLASH causes crashes. This was fixed by David Sidrane by implementing RAM functions. The killer code is copied and executed from ISRAM and the crash is avoided.

SAMA5 LCDC: Default resolution if now RGB565; Add option to select a different output resolution than the sofware resolution (needs to the 24BPP for this LCD).
