When an application is being loaded `up_addrenv_create ` calls
`create_region` to create the address environment. Only the first
entry is mapped when the region is created. Virtual memory that is
not mapped will trigger an exception when accessed. Other memory
pages are allocated and mapped on-demand. This enables setting
larger heap and stack for the process without compromising the
overall system memory.
Current `CONFIG_PAGING` refers to an experimental implementation
to enable embedded MCUs with some limited RAM space to execute
large programs from some non-random access media.
On-demand paging should be implemented for the kernel mode with
address environment implementation enabled.
enable FPU and implement up_fpucmp to pass ostest
With aggressive optimization enabled (-O2/-O3), ostest FPU test will fail.
This is because the compiler will generate additional vector
instructions between subsequent up_fpucmp() calls (loop vectorization
somewhere in usleep() call), which will consequently overwrite
the expected FPU context (XMM registers).

Add support for tricore TC397
1. Porting based on AURIX TC397 KIT_A2G_TC397_5V_TFT evaluation board
https://www.infineon.com/cms/en/product/evaluation-boards/kit_a2g_tc397_5v_tft/
2. In order to avoid license and coding style issues, The chip-level code
still uses the implementation of AURIX Development Studio SDK.
The SDK package will be downloaded as a third-party package during compilation:
https://github.com/anchao/tc397_sdk
3. Single core only, SMP implementation will be provided in the future.
4. Implemented the basic System Timer, ASCLIN UART driver.
5. Only the Tasking tool chain is supported (ctc/ltc, license maybe required)
6. 'ostest' can be completed on the TC397 development board.
How to run?
1. Setup the tasking toolchain and license
$ export TSK_LICENSE_KEY_SW160800=d22f-7473-ff5d-1b70
$ export TSK_LICENSE_SERVER=192.168.36.12:9090
2. Build nuttx ELF
$ ./tools/configure.sh tc397/nsh
$ make -j
...
artc I800: creating archive libc_fpu.a
LD: nuttx
3. Switch to windows PC, setup AURIX-studio to Debugger Launcher
4. Replace runing ELF to nuttx, and re-download ELF

Add registration function instrumentation API,
which can achieve instrumentation of entering and
exiting functions through the compiler's functionality.
We can use CONFIG_ARCH_INSTRUMENT_ALL to add instrumentation for all
source, or add '-finstrument-functions' to CFLAGS for Part of the
source.
Notice:
1. use CONFIG_ARCH_INSTRUMENT_ALL must mark _start or entry noinstrument_function,
becuase bss not set.
2. Make sure your callbacks are not instrumented recursively.
use instrument_register to register entry function and exit function.
They will be called by the instrumented function

Summary:
- Temporarily disables ARCH_HAVE_FORK for arm64 to address a crash issue,
as detailed in https://github.com/apache/nuttx/pull/9755.
- This is a precautionary measure until a more permanent solution is implemented.
Impact:
- Temporarily limits certain functionalities on arm64,
but necessary to ensure system stability.
Testing:
- Successfully tested on QEMU-8.1.2.
- Note: please apply the changes from https://github.com/apache/nuttx-apps/pull/1962.

Adding the CONFIG_ARCH_PERF_EVENTS configuration to enable
hardware performance counting, solve the problem that some platform
hardware counting support is not perfect, you can choose to use
software interface.
This is configured using CONFIG_ARCH_PERF_EVENTS, so weak_functions
are removed to prevent confusion
To use hardware performance counting, must:
1. Configure CONFIG_ARCH_PERF_EVENTS, default selection
2. Call up_perf_init for initialization

The implementation of up_perf_*() is in a different static library in nuttx:
Hardware: libarch.a
Software: libdrivers.a (weak function)
Since functions with weak attributes cannot be correctly replaced in multiple static libraries,
this PR will use macros to replace whether the arch supports hardware perf events

This change allows boards to define an additional kconfig option, which specifies the final link format of application executables.
By selecting `CONFIG_BINFMT_ELF_RELOCATABLE`, and providing an appropriate linker script, applications can be fully linked, removing the need to process relocations.

there is a deadlock in the thread, and if there
is a deadlock, print out the deadlocked thread.
The principle is to analyze whether there is

This adds functionality to map pages dynamically into kernel virtual
memory. This allows implementing I/O remap for example, which is a useful
(future) feature.
Now, the first target is to support mapping user pages for the kernel.
Why? There are some userspace structures that might be needed when the
userspace process is not running. Semaphores are one such example. Signals
and the WDT timeout both need access to the user semaphore to work
properly. Even though for this only obtaining the kernel addressable
page pool virtual address is needed, for completeness a procedure is
provided to map several pages.
If CONFIG_MM_CUSTOMIZE_MANAGER enabled on sim, malloc/mmap is bypassed to glibc, so the memory allocated without execution permisson.
For this case, CONFIG_ARCH_USE_TEXT_HEAP can be used.

1 Similar to Linux and zephyr, all implementations are in arm64_arch_timer.c
2 Arm64 tickless is turned off by default. If it needs to be turned on, you need to configure the switch CONFIG_SCHED_TICKLESS ON
3 The implementation strategy for tick/tickless is to use the timer inside the CPU and implement the timer driver based on the ARCH_TIMER framework.
4 We implemented tick_* Callback functions to adapt to the driven interface to avoid time format conversion overhead
5 In arm64_tick_cancel func,The remaining time that is not used, so this value can be ignored without reading the corresponding register to obtain the remaining cycles
6 Currently, tick/tickless can takes effect in SMP and non SMP mode, ostest can pass.

There is currently a big problem in the address environment handling which
is that the address environment is released too soon when the process is
exiting. The current MMU mappings will always be the exiting process's, which means
the system needs them AT LEAST until the next context switch happens. If
the next thread is a kernel thread, the address environment is needed for
longer.
Kernel threads "lend" the address environment of the previous user process.
This is beneficial in two ways:
- The kernel processes do not need an allocated address environment
- When a context switch happens from user -> kernel or kernel -> kernel,
the TLB does not need to be flushed. This must be done only when
changing to a different user address environment.
Another issue is when a new process is created; the address environment
of the new process must be temporarily instantiated by up_addrenv_select().
However, the system scheduler does not know that the process has a different
address environment to its own and when / if a context restore happens, the
wrong MMU page directory is restored and the process will either crash or
do something horribly wrong.
The following changes are needed to fix the issues:
- Add mm_curr which is the current address environment of the process
- Add a reference counter to safeguard the address environment
- Whenever an address environment is mapped to MMU, its reference counter
is incremented
- Whenever and address environment is unmapped from MMU, its reference
counter is decremented, and tested. If no more references -> drop the
address environment and release the memory as well
- To limit the context switch delay, the address environment is freed in
a separate low priority clean-up thread (LPWORK)
- When a process temporarily instantiates another process's address
environment, the scheduler will now know of this and will restore the
correct mappings to MMU
Why is this not causing more noticeable issues ? The problem only happens
under the aforementioned special conditions, and if a context switch or
IRQ occurs during this time.
The dependency should be vice versa; the MM_SHM should depend on the
existence of the virtual memory range allocator.
Create a new CONFIG flag CONFIG_ARCH_VMA_MAPPING, which will define that
there is a virtual memory range allocator. Make MM_SHM select that flag
